COCONUT CREAM CAKE | |
1 Betty Crocker white cake mix 3 egg whites 1 1/4 c. water 1/2 c. oil 1 c. flaked coconut Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan about 25 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes. Poke holes in top with toothpick. Pour 1 can of cream of coconut on top and let soak in (cool). Spread 1 carton Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with remainder of coconut. Refrigerate 4 or 5 hours or overnight. |
