COTTAGE CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 (12-16 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles
2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper (optional)
2 tbsp. flour
6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
3/4 tsp. salt (omit if you want)
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 to 2 cups chicken broth (Swanson)

Prepare noodles according to package directions and set aside.

Mix cottage cheese, dairy sour cream, onions, green pepper and flour together. Spread half of noodles in a 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish. Spread cheese mixture over noodles. Combine with remaining noodles. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over noodles.

Bake in moderate oven at 350°F until heated through, about 30 minutes.
