COCONUT CREAM CAKE 
LAYER I:

1 c. butter, softened
2 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar

Mix together and pat in oblong pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown. Cool.

LAYER II:

1 sm. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. cream cheese

Cream together and spread on first layer.

LAYER III:

2 lg. or 3 sm. boxes instant coconut cream pudding
5 c. milk

Mix together and spread on layer 2.

LAYER IV:

1 lg. Cool Whip
Browned coconut (optional)

Spread on layer 3.
