HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
8-9 cooked, sliced potatoes with skins on (Red Bliss is best)
5 hard boiled eggs, chopped
3 lg. onions, sliced
1 lb. bacon
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
Paprika
Salt & pepper to taste

Cut bacon in small pieces and fry. Remove bacon. Add 1 cup sugar to grease, stir until crystalized, then add 1 tablespoon flour. Stir and then add 1 cup vinegar and paprika. Stir until mix starts to thicken. While hot, pour over potatoes, eggs, onions and bacon. Add salt and pepper to taste and place in crock pot on low for 2 hours. Serve in crock pot.
