CABBAGE POCKETS 
1 med. head cabbage
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 pkg. hot roll mix
1 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 lg. onion, diced
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. salt

Grate or grind cabbage and onion and fry with spices. Brown meat and drain. Combine with cabbage. Mix hot roll mix and let rise on time. Roll out hot roll mix. Use inverted sauces to cut a circle in hot roll mix. Put cabbage mixture on half of circle and fold. Press edges. Bake at 350 degrees until crust is golden brown about 30 minutes.
