BEEF POCKETS 
1 sm. pkg. beef tips
1 sm. onion
2 lg. potatoes
6 cans biscuits
Salt
Pepper

Cut beef tips into bite-size pieces. Chop onion into small pieces. Chop potato into small pieces.

Roll each biscuit out flat. Place 3 or 4 pieces of meat on biscuit. Add small amount of onion and potatoes. Salt and pepper. Fold over biscuit and seal edges. Place in baking pan and cover with foil. Bake in baking pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Optional: Add mixed vegetables or Cheddar cheese. Great hot or cold.
