ITALIAN COOKIES 
6 eggs
1 c. Crisco
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. almond extract
2 c. flour
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Mix baking powder and flour together; set aside. Add eggs, one at a time, add flour mixture, then almond extract. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Ice, when cool.

ICING:

1/2 c. Crisco
Evaporated milk
1 c. powdered sugar
Food coloring

Cream Crisco and powdered sugar. Add evaporated milk to mixture until icing is smooth. Add coloring.
