NORA'S FISKEBOLLER 
1 (10 lb.) fish

Clean fish and boil head, skin, and bones to make a broth. Grind fish 3-4 times. Add 4 beaten eggs. Add salt and nutmeg (not too much). Add enough cream so the fish can be made into soft balls. Strain broth. Add a little salt. Bring to a boil. Drop fish balls into hot broth and boil.

NOTE: Good fried in butter after they are boiled.
