MEXICAN WEDDING CAKES 
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
Chopped nuts
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
Powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine butter, sugar and vanilla; mix until smooth and creamy. Add flour and nuts. Shape into marble size balls; place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Roll once in powdered sugar while hot and once when cool.
