FUDGE 
2/3 c. butter
1 can evaporated milk
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 lg. pkgs. chocolate chips
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow fluff
1 c. nuts, optional

In saucepan bring the butter, milk and sugar to a rolling boil for 8 minutes while stirring. Remove from heat. Add the chips, fluff and nuts; mix all through. Pour into a buttered pan. Let it cool until hard before cutting into squares.
