3 lb. round steak
2 tbsp. cooking oil
3/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. wet mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cut steak into serving size pieces. Brown in oil on both sides. Transfer to a baking dish. Add onions to the skillet and brown them lightly. Add rest of ingredients to make a sauce and simmer 5 minutes. Pour sauce over steaks. Cover and bake 2 hours at 350 degrees.
