3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese
Vanilla wafers
Cherry pie filling

Mix sugar, eggs, lemon juice, vanilla and cream cheese together. Place vanilla wafers in cupcake papers. Top with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool. Top with cherry pie filling.
