CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped broccoli
Chicken breasts, fully cooked in boiling water (2 per person)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Bread crumbs for top

Boil chicken; debone. Boil broccoli in chicken broth until not quite done. Layer broccoli and chicken, etc. Combine lemon juice, soup, curry powder and mayonnaise. Pour over top and then cover with cheese. Top with bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
