1 box Tyson diced chicken
1 pkg. Doritos (plain)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Enchilada Sauce
1 sm. minced onion (optional)
Grated cheese (Cheddar)

Mix soup and sauce and heat. Pour mixture (to cover bottom of dish). Line with Doritos, sprinkle chicken, cheese and mixture alternately. Cover with crushed Doritos and grated cheese. Bake until bubbly at 350 degrees. Ground meat that has been browned may also be substituted for the chicken.
