MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
4 lg. chicken breasts 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 can Ro-tel tomatoes 1 c. chopped bell peppers 1 c. chopped onion 1 tbsp. garlic powder 1 tbsp. chili powder 1 c. grated cheese 1 lg. bag reg. Doritos Boil chicken, peel off skin and take off bone. Mix with soup, tomatoes, bell peppers, onion, garlic powder, chili powder, and 1/2 cup cheese. Grease large Pyrex pan; line bottom with 1/2 cup of crushed Doritos, then place chicken pieces on top. Pour in mixed ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Pour remaining Doritos and cheese over top; put in oven until cheese melts. |
