GREEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 bag Doritos
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. grated sharp cheese
3/4 c. sour cream
1 c. cream chicken or mushroom soup
1 c. canned evaporated milk
4 oz. can green chile peppers, diced and drained
1 chicken or 6 to 8 breasts, diced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 1/2 quart casserole. Blend soup, sour cream, milk, onion and chile peppers. In casserole arrange alternate layers of Doritos, chicken and cheese. Pour blended mixture over all. Bake 35 minutes until bubbly; serves 5 to 6.
