GREEN ENCHILADAS 
Cheese Sauce: 1 can evaporated milk 1 sm. can chopped pimentos 1 sm. can green chiles 2 cans cream of chicken soup

Simmer soup, milk, and Velveeta until cheese melts. Add chiles and pimentos.

ENCHILADA FILLING:

1 lb. hamburger meat
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. grated longhorn cheese

Dip flour tortillas in hot grease. Add filling in tortillas. Pour cheese sauce on top. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
