BARBECUED SPARE RIBS 
1 pkg. spare ribs
1 c. catsup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 drops bottled hot pepper sauce
1 c. water
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. instant minced onion

Brown ribs on all sides. Place in skillet, pour prepared sauce over ribs and simmer until meat is done. Turn ribs occasionally while cooking. Makes 2 - 1 1/4 cups sauce.
