CHICKEN SUPREME 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni slightly cooked (ziti macaroni is good)
1 c. milk
1 c. chicken broth
2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted (you may use cream of chicken)
1/2 lb. American cheese, shredded
2 1/2 c. chicken, cubed

Mix all ingredients together. Put into a deep baking dish. Let stand all day or overnight. Let stand out of refrigerator 1 hour before baking. Top with buttered bread cubes. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
