CHIFFON CHEESE CAKE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
12 oz. cream cheese
2/3 c. condensed milk
2 lg. eggs, separated
2 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon rind
1/3 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Reserve 1/4 cup. Put balance on bottom of 7"x11" pan. Beat cheese until fluffy, blend in condensed milk. Add egg yolks, one at a time. Beat in remaining ingredients except salt. Beat egg whites with salt until stiff and fold into cheese mixture. Turn into pan and sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool away from drafts. Refrigerate.
