CHINESE SUNDAE SALAD 
1/2 c. chow mein noodles
3 tbsp. shredded cooked chicken
2 tbsp. diced tomatoes
2 tbsp. crushed pineapple
1 tsp. diced green onion
2 tbsp. shredded coconut
1 green or red cherry (or 1 green olive) on top
1/2 c. white rice, hot
1/4 c. sauce (directions follows)
2 tbsp. diced celery
2 tbsp. shredded Longhorn cheese
1/4 c. sauce (again)
1 tsp. slivered almonds)

These ingredients are for 1 serving. Each item is to be placed on top of the last one, using a dinner plate to serve.

SAUCE:

Heat 1 can cream of chicken soup. Add only enough milk to make it thick sauce. It should be used in the hot salad.
