LEMON - ROSEMARY CHICKEN 
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. fresh or dried rosemary, crushed
2 whole med. chicken breasts (1 1/2 lb. total)

For marinade, combine lemon juice, oil, fresh or dried rosemary, salt and pepper. Skin and bone chicken breasts. Cut in half lengthwise. Place chicken in a plastic bag. Place bag in bowl. Pour the marinade over chicken. Close bag and marinate in refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight. Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade.

Place chicken on a broiler pan. Broil 4-5 inches from heat for 6 minutes. Turn chicken. Brush with marinade. Broil 6 to 8 minutes more brushing once or twice with marinade. Also good grill.
