1/2 c. oatmeal, ground in blender until fine
2 tsp. honey
3/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. cold butter
4 tbsp. buttermilk
3/4 c. flour

Mix all ingredients together. You will need to cut the butter in. Roll dough very thin. Cut with animal shaped cutters. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes until brown.
