STABLES MEATBALLS 
5 lbs. hamburger

Make into small balls, salt and pepper. Fry slow and drain off grease.

SAUCE:

1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
1 can tomato sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. liquid smoke (use only 1 1/2 tsp. or less)

Pour over meatballs and simmer 3 to 4 hours.
