PUMPKIN CREME PIE 
2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding (sm.)
2 c. cold milk
1 can canned pumpkin
1 med. size Cool Whip
1 tsp. pumpkin spice
1 baked pie shell

Combine milk, pumpkin, pudding, spice and 1 cup Cool Whip. Whip in large bowl. Beat at low speed for about 1 minute. Pour into baked shell that has cooled. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Chill until set.
