FUDGE NUT-PIE 
1 3/4 c. pecans or walnuts
1/4 c. butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Whipped cream for garnish
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Coarsely chop 1 1/2 cups nuts. In medium saucepan, over low heat, stir condensed milk, butter and cocoa until butter melts and mixture is warm, remove from heat. Stir in eggs, flour, vanilla and chopped nuts. Pour into prepared crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until center is firm. Serve warm or cold garnished with whipped cream and remaining nuts.
