ORANGE BAKED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops, trimmed
1 c. orange juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar (packed firmly)

Place chops in shallow baking dish (they don't need to be browned). Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. Serves 6. The juice in the pan is delicious when served over rice.
