ORANGE PORK - CHOP SKILLET 
6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
1 can frozen orange juice, thawed
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. allspice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (23 oz.) can vacuum packed sweet potatoes
6 thin orange slices
1 medium onion, cut into 6 slices
1 tbsp. salt
3/4 c. water

Trim all fat from chops; grease a large skillet. Brown chops. Top each chop with an onion slice. Mix orange juice, allspice, sugar, lemon juice, and water. Pour over chops. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes. Arrange sweet potatoes and orange slices on chops. Cover; cook until potatoes are hot, about 15 minutes.
