CARROT BUNDT CAKE | |
2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. cooking oil 4 eggs 3 c. grated raw carrots 1 c. chopped nuts Sift dry ingredients; add oil and beat well. Add eggs, beat well. Add grated carrots and nuts, mixing well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in greased and floured pan. FROSTING: 1 lb. sifted powdered sugar 1/4 c. softened butter 8 oz. cream cheese 1 tsp. vanilla Cream well and frost cooled cake. |
