ICE CREAM PUDDING CAKE | |
70 crushed Ritz crackers 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 c. butter (melted) 2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding 1/2 gal. ice cream (partially melted) Cool Whip Set aside 1 cup of above and press remainder into bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Mix instant vanilla pudding. Keep refrigerated. Apply Cool Whip to top. Sprinkle with nuts. |
