BUTTERHORNS 
1 (12 oz.) container cottage cheese
2 sticks butter
2 c. flour
Powdered sugar icing

Cream butter and cottage cheese; add flour. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Divide dough into 3 parts. Roll each part into a circle on a floured board. Cut circle into 12 pie-shaped piece wedges. Roll up from wide end into butterhorn. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Spread with powdered sugar icing (powdered sugar and water).
