GUACAMOLE DIP 
1 lg. avacado (or 2 sm.) Hess black,
Mash, add 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
1 onion chopped fine.

Hard boil 1 egg, grate while still hot over 2 tablespoons butter. Mix well. Add 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. Mix with avacado. Add salt to taste. Sit pit on top.
