GUACAMOLE DIP (MEXICAN) 
2 ripe avocados
1 sm. onion, diced
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 med. tomato

Peel avocados and remove pit. Mash avocados and add onion, jalapeno pepper, salt and pepper. Stir in lemon juice. Cut tomato in medium cubes and gently fold into mixture. Serve with tortilla chips.
