GUACAMOLE DIP 
3 medium size avacados
2 small green jalapeno peppers
3 large tomatillos (Mexican Tomatoes-green in color)
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 Bag tortilla chips

Peel avocados, and remove seed. Set aside. Wash jalapeno peppers and place intact in casserole dish. Wash and remove outer shell of Tomatillos. Place in casserole dish. Peel outer side of garlic cloves and into casserole dish. Spoon 1tsp. vegetable oil in middle of casserole dish.

Heat oven to 350°F for 10 minutes. While ingredients are cooking and heating up, take the avocados and put them into a large bowl. Use a spoon or potato masher to minimally mash avocado pieces. When items in oven are done, place in a blender and run blender for just a couple minutes. Pour out of blender and mix with avocados, stirring well. Serve. immediately with tortilla chips of your choice.
