GUACAMOLE DIP OR SPREAD 
1 ripe tomato, peeled, seeded, chopped
1 scallion with 2 inch of the green, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Pinch of salt & pepper

Add to the above, just before spreading:

2 peeled, mashed ripe avocados

AS DIP: Serve crackers or chips or smash well and add a bit of pimento and stuff celery.
