MICROWAVE RHUBARB CRISP | |
4 c. sliced rhubarb 3/4 c. sugar 3 tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. cinnamon Topping: 1/4 c. oatmeal 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1/4 c. flour 1/4 tsp. cinnamon In large bowl, combine rhubarb, sugar, flour and cinnamon. Mix well. Spoon rhubarb mixture into 8-inch square pan. In a small bowl, combine the topping, oatmeal, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Sprinkle topping over rhubarb. Microwave on High, 12 to 15 minutes. |
