MICROWAVE RHUBARB CRISP 
4 c. sliced rhubarb
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Topping:

1/4 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

In large bowl, combine rhubarb, sugar, flour and cinnamon. Mix well. Spoon rhubarb mixture into 8-inch square pan. In a small bowl, combine the topping, oatmeal, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Sprinkle topping over rhubarb. Microwave on High, 12 to 15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
