TURKEY RICE SKILLET 
1 lb. turkey smoked sausage, cut in serving sizes
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. sliced carrots
1 medium sliced zucchini
2 tbsp. butter
8 oz. stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 c. uncooked instant rice

Sauté mushrooms, carrots, and zucchini in large skillet for three minutes. Add tomatoes, water, basil, thyme and sausage. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover, remove from heat and let stand about 8 minutes. Stir occasionally.
