TURKEY WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® Long Grain and Wild Rice Mix
1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup
3 c. diced turkey
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced and rained
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. water
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Cook rice mix according to package directions. Stir in soup. Add next 6 ingredients. Mix well. Pour into 3 quart casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake 350 oven for 1 hour.
