BAKED OMELET 
In a 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish. Grease well and arrange in the following order.

6 slices white bread cut diagonally
1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. finely chopped ham

Beat together 10 eggs, 2 cups milk and 1 cup condensed milk. Salt and pepper as desired. Pour evenly over the dry ingredients to cover. Let stand 8 hours or preferably overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8 to 10. Serve immediately.
