BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 c. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1 egg, beaten
1 lb. cheddar cheese, cubed (save about 7-8 slices to put on top)

Stir together macaroni, butter, and cubed cheese. Stir in beaten egg. Add milk and stir. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole greased dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
