HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
4 lbs. pork or beef, cut in cubes
4 onions
1 sm. garlic
3 tbsp. paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tbsp. flour
8 or more potatoes, cut in cubes
1 c. tomatoes, peeled

Melt shortening, saute onions. Add paprika, salt and pepper. Sprinkle flour on, cook over low heat 5 minutes. Add meat, cook 1/2 hour. Add potatoes and tomatoes. Cook 1/2 hour longer. Serve with noodles.
