1 lb. Velveeta
1 (10 oz.) picante sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine first two ingredients and cook until cheese melts. Set aside. Cook beef, onion, green pepper and garlic over medium heat until browned. Drain well. Stir in seasonings and add cheese mixture. Can be used for tacos or as a dip.
