SPEDI'S 
7 or 8 lb. leg of lamb. boned or cubed
1 tbsp. oregano
2 tbsp. chopped fresh mint
1 c. white vinegar
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
5 cloves fresh garlic, pressed
1 tbsp. oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Add to meat and marinate overnight. Place on skewers and barbecue about 10 minutes.
