POTATO SALAD 
8 lg. potatoes, boiled and cubed
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. Italian dressing
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 tsp. mustard
1/3 c. sweet mixed pickles
1 tbsp. chives, optional
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. celery seed
4 hard boiled eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt

Mix all ingredients together. This makes a large bowl of potato salad. Cut recipe in half for a smaller amount.
