ESCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
1/2 c. butter, room temperature
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
4 c. or 5 slices bread, crumbled or sliced
1 can crushed pineapple

Cream together butter, sugar, and eggs. Stir bread and pineapple together; add 1/2 cup milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
