SPEEDY STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup

Saute beef and onion until beef is light brown. Add the soups and simmer for 5 minutes. Spoon over toasted, split buns or English muffins.
