SPICED PEACHES 
12 lbs. peeled peaches
6 lbs. sugar
6 c. vinegar
Approximately 6 sticks cinnamon
1 tbsp. whole cloves

Bring last 4 ingredients to a boil. Add peaches and turn off heat. Let set overnight.

Next morning, bring mixture to a boil and put into jars and seal. Do not over cook. They will keep if the jars do not seal.
