PEACH SPICE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (1 lb.) can fruit cocktail or peaches
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts, broken (black walnuts)
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into ungreased tube pan.

Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Do not invert. I bake at 350°F from 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
