SALMON MARINADE 
11 oz. olive oil
3 oz. balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 each lemons
1/8 bunch fresh dill
1 each yellow peppers
1/2 oz. sugar
1/4 oz. salt
1/8 oz. cracker black pepper
1/2 bunch scallions
4 salmon steaks (8 oz. each)

Marinade 4 hours before grilling.

Portion 4 to 8 ounce steaks.

Makes 1/2 quart.
