VELVEETA CON QUESO DIP 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese (block type)
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes (with green chilies)
tortilla chips, for serving

Cut cheese into small squares. Microwave Velveeta cheese and tomatoes with green chilies in a 1 1/2-quart microwavable bowl on High for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Stir after 3 minutes.

Serve hot with tortilla chips.
